The room is neat and tidy. The host is very nice, friendly and helpful

No lift, but the host is very kind to help you pick the large baggage up to the 2nd floor.

Really awesome, felt at home by the end of our stay. Would stay again!

Although it was on the smaller side, we didn’t mind it. It was clean and cozy. We could always come back knowing that we would be warm and comfortable. Perfect for the cold weather. Provided all the essentials. The owner was very friendly and helped us out with what we needed (luggage storage, directions, helping with luggage). It was not noisy at all.

Getting to the hostel from the subway exit 7 was a bit of a hassle because there were quite a number of stairs. I think there is another better way to get there, but not a big issue!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The host was very kind and helpful. When I arrived he helped me carry my luggage to my room. He even helped me with the laundry. The room in nice and quaint and the bathroom is a nice size. It was in a good location just a couple minutes walk away from trains and buses. And this was all for a reasonable price. I'll deff stay here again the next time I visit Seoul!

Great place to stay

It was our first time in Seoul and I must did that we loved the location of the hostel! Super close to many markets and monuments, and extremely pleasant to stay in. The staff was very nice and helpful! Will definitely come back!

Very clean room, you get everything you need (towels, hairdryer, TV, washing machine) very kind and helpful host and team! Calm neighbourhood, with some nice cafes in walking distance & metrostation is 2 minutes walking away.

Great central place to stay!

Lovely owner and wife, and the simple rooms have everything you need & are very clean. I can't fault this place. Close to a couple of different subway stations and near to the DDP / Dongdaemun Design Plaza. Thank you.

This is not really anything to do with the property but I would probably choose the metro rather than airport bus... It's a lot cheaper and, if you're like me - someone who drinks a lot of fluids - there is a toilet at every Seoul metro station, so you could always get off for that as there's not one on the bus. However, the driver 'may' stop for you ;) - This is my 9th visit to Korea, so I'm always experimenting with modes of transport.

nice place to stay in Seoul, accessible to everything. Value for money.

Great Location! walking distance to Exit 7 of DDP station. this subway station is great since it has 3 subway lines including the green line that circles Seoul. this makes it easier for you to get around during your stay. the bus stop for the Airport limousine bus is also 2 minutes walk away. so no trouble getting from and to Incheon Airport. the owner was so nice. even offered coffee while I was doing my laundry. speaking of laundry, you can wash your clothes there for free, it has timings though. can also use the microwave if you need to heat food purchased outside. I normally go back late at night, and access to the door is by RFID key. Stayed here for 10 nights. Overall had a good stay! :)

rooms too small. cant barely move around. water from the bathroom can get into your room if you do not put the shower curtain properly. the bathroom floor is not elevated. room cleaning needs to be advised before 11am, other wise they wont clean.

Very good

The owner is friendly and speaks good English. The room was clean, room service was only available if you told the owner in advance, but there were towels and toilet paper available which you could take if you needed it. You can hear noise from the hallway but there were signs pointing this out. There are explanatory signs everywhere so it was easy to figure out how to use the facilities.

The room was a bit too small to keep luggage and it would have been nice to have a chair in the room. The bed was a bit too hard.

I like how the Sajangnim~ is very friendly and helpful The room is a lilttle bit small, but have all the basic necessity. Bathroom is super clean and comfortable .

My first time in Seul

These are the three aspects that I liked the most: 1. Check in is easy and the staff is friendly. They guide you and give you basic instructions. They also helped me carry my suitcase up and down the stairs. 2. It has instructions in three/four languages on how to use all the facilities and their rules, which is very helpful for non-Korean speakers. 3. The room for one person is very comfortable, it has everything you need to rest after a day of sightseeing in Seoul. Personally, I really liked the bed.

Personally I am satisfied with my experience. However, it is worth mentioning that it is easy to hear the noise from the hallway. However, they are clear that the walls are not soundproof and therefore they are strict that after a certain hour you are not allowed to make noise. They also have free earplugs.

Nice cozy stay!

staff was super helpful. went extra and beyond to assist in meeting our needs and we are very very grateful for that. it's a nice cozy little stay that is located at the quieter side of dongdaemun. plenty of local restaurants nearby with really good food. room was really small but the toilet was generous in size and overall cleanliness is exceptional.

room size is small. me n husband had problem maneuvering around the room as our two large luggages occupied the whole walking space of the room. but if you are travelling light/ solo traveller this shouldn't be a problem for u.
